RETURN POLICY

What is Mattress Hero's return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Mattress Hero mattress during the 60 Day Trial period and wish to return your bed please call Mattress Hero's Customer Assistance at 888-365-HERO to obtain a "Return Authorization" (RA) number. Bed sheets are not returnable and do not qualify for an RA number.

Once we issue your RA number you will have 15 days to return the mattress to Mattress Hero. The mattress must be properly packaged in its original packaging and returned in like new condition, with no stains, rips or soiling and you will be credited back your payment in the same way you paid for this purchase less the original cost incurred by us to ship you the mattress itself. Please contact Mattress Hero’s Customer Assistance for tips on re-packaging your mattress.

Upon receipt, your mattress will be immediately inspected. In the event there are any damages beyond “normal wear and tear or manufacturing defects you will be contacted by Mattress Hero’s Customer Assistance concerning the allowable amount of your refund.

Your refund will be processed within approximately 15 days from the date that the entire mattress is received at our facility, and will be refunded in the form of your original payment.
