We will match or beat any competitors price on mattresses and adjustable bases with exact specifications. Exact specifications would require a match in density, layers, and thickness. Mattress Hero Inc. will be the authority on what products match on specification and reserves the right not to match or beat a price that is deemed not an equal comparison to a Mattress Hero product.

You will be sent email updates regarding the status of your order. You will also be sent an email confirmation with tracking number once your order has shipped. To track your order please log onto www.fedex.com or www.ups.com and include the tracking number sent to you in your email.

Your warranty will automatically be registered for you when your mattress ships. Please keep a copy of your invoice along with a copy of the warranty card that came with your mattress. In the event that you need anything or have any questions or concerns contact customer service at 888-365-HERO.
On occasion Mattress® Hero will have a promotional offering. Please call for any specials we may have.
We do accept international orders, but purchaser will be responsible to pay full shipping charges to including any tax and/or duty required.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Mattress Hero® mattress during the 90 Day Trial period and wish to return your Mattress please call Mattress Hero®'s Customer Assistance at 888-365-4376 to obtain a "Return Authorization" (RA) number. Bed sheets, Foundations, Frames, Toppers, Pillows & Adjustable Bases are not returnable and do not qualify for an RA number.
Once we issue your RA number you will have 15 days to return the mattress to Mattress Hero. The mattress must be properly packaged in its original packaging and returned in like new condition, with no stains, rips or soiling and you will be credited back your payment in the same way you paid for this purchase less the original cost incurred by us to ship you the mattress itself. Please contact Mattress Hero’s Customer Assistance for tips on re-packaging your mattress.
Upon receipt, your mattress will be inspected. In the event there are any damages beyond "normal wear and tear" or manufacturing defects you will be contacted by Mattress Hero®'s Customer Assistance concerning the allowable amount of your refund.
Your refund will be processed within approximately 15 days from the date that the entire mattress is received at our facility, and will be refunded in the form of your original payment only.

Our product ships unassembled unless you have called customer service prior to your order. We do ship mattresses assembled and also offer express shipping methods. In-home setup methods of delivery are available to all of our customers for an additional price. Inside the box you should find assembly instructions or find out assembly instructions online. All mattresses receive free shipping, unless you specify a different shipping method. Our free shipping will include the fastest, most economical way for us to ship you your mattress.
